Job Description
Macy's is seeking motivated students for an internship program offering exposure to all aspects of a store management role. This 8-week paid internship provides hands-on experience in customer service, merchandising, business analysis, and employee development within Macy’s stores across major markets. Interns will shadow Managers of Operations and Visual Merchandising and learn from seasoned team leaders.
