Retail Sales Associate - Womens Shoes, Spokane Valley - Part Time

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will blend selling and hospitality to create standout shopping experiences, drive sales targets, and inspire loyalty. You will work in a team environment, maintaining a shoppable space, recovering the floor and fitting rooms, and supporting merchandise moves.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Must be able to meet daily sales goal challenges
• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs, stand for at least two consecutive hours, and frequently use computers and other technology
