Macy’s is seeking a Seasonal Retail Fragrance Sales Support colleague to join their team. This role is focused on providing a warm and inviting experience in the fragrance department, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a beautifully merchandised space. The position is part-time and offers a variety of flexible shifts.
Requirements
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
