Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Montgomery Mall

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Retail Fragrance Sales Associate to join their team, creating a warm and inviting environment in their fragrance department. The role involves maintaining a beautifully merchandised space, assisting sales and customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. It is a part-time position with flexible hours and a focus on both customer relationships and store support. The position will include providing education on new merchandise, refreshing displays and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Understanding and effective communication with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture
