Vendor Relations Analyst

Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Vendor Relations Analyst to support vendors and merchants throughout the onboarding process. The role entails project management, communication, and problem solving, with a focus on understanding business and merchant needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
• 2-4 years of Retail experience highly preferred
• Highly proficient in M365 Suite, specifically advanced knowledge in Excel (macros, pivot tables), Access Database, Teams, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to recommend appropriate courses of action
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to understand customer needs and provide sound guidance
• Flexibility in responding to changing priorities
• Initiative-taking with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• An effective collaborator who can interact with all levels of management
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs
