We are looking for an Account Manager, Commercial to join our team. This person should have at least three years' commercial healthcare communications experience, with some time spent in a consultancy setting. The role involves managing multiple accounts, supporting teams to deliver high-quality work, and developing trusted relationships with key clients.
Requirements
- At least three years' commercial healthcare communications experience
- Experience in the day-to-day management of multiple accounts
- Ability to support teams to deliver high-quality work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread/QC documents
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams to identify audiences and develop channel and content strategy
- Understanding of industry regulations and pharmaceutical and biotech companies
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with key clients and offer strategic counsel
- Ability to identify opportunities for organic growth within client organisations
- Ability to delegate work and support its delivery to account leads
- Direct line management and presentation skills
