Gestionnaire de production

We are seeking a day-to-day production manager to act as the right-hand man of the production director to ensure operational performance. The role will involve managing daily production operations, team development, and continuous process optimization to achieve performance, quality, and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, automated production management, or related field
• Experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, ideally in the food industry or consumer goods
• Experience in managing and mobilizing production teams
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Good understanding of Lean / continuous improvement / TPM environments
• Field leadership, ability to resolve operational problems, and improve team performance
• Bilingual: French and English
