Job Description
We are seeking an afternoon production supervisor for a manufacturing company in Montreal. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, leading and developing a team, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in managing unionized teams
- Experience in performance management and employee development
- Excellent command of French, both orally and in writing
