As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring profitability by fostering genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You will also manage store operations, systems, and technology, and support the Store Director with recruiting, training and development efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope
- Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams
- Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments
- Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks
- Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
