Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Support the Madewell brand, customers, and teams
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
