Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to oversee and manage finishing activities across infrastructure and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in structural building finishing works
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and workmanship standards
- Experience in infrastructure, utility, industrial, STP, water, wastewater, or pump station buildings
- Proven experience in managing architectural finishing works (walls, plastering, flooring, ceilings, cladding, waterproofing, doors, windows, painting)
- Ability to coordinate with structural and MEP teams and manage subcontractors on site
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong experience in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals
- Experience in snagging, QA/QC inspections, and project handover documentation
