Job Description
Maesa is seeking a Customer CPFR Manager to lead forecasting, replenishment, and customer service operations. The role requires 6+ years of experience in forecasting and customer service at a large retailer, with experience working directly with Walmart and Target. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing inventory and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in forecasting and customer service at a large retailer
- Experience working directly with Walmart demand planner/replenishment manager
- Understanding of Walmart business cadence and cycle
- Experience within Retail Link, Scintilla/Luminate, Nova, Aspen
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing inventory and ensuring seamless order fulfillment
- Advanced user of MS Office Excel
