Requirements

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
• Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to management
