We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our enthusiastic HR team at our headquarters in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will work on a broad HR field, with a focus on in-, out- and through-flow, absenteeism, and (international) recruitment, and contribute to shaping our international HR policy.
Requirements
- WO degree in Law, Business Administration or a comparable field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor in an international organization
- In-depth knowledge of business processes, change management, and legal aspects of HR
- Experience working with the works council and advising on consent and advice requests
- Experience guiding (international) recruitment processes and advising management on HR-strategic issues
- Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English, with a focus on legal and strategic advice
