Painter/Maint. Painter

Magellan Aerospace has an exciting opportunity for a Painter at our plant in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is a unionized, full-time term position, scheduled to conclude on October 1, 2027. Shift work is required.

Requirements

• Precise masking and de-masking to protect sensitive areas from overspray
• Monitor and control paint booth conditions (temperature, humidity, ventilation)
• Conduct visual inspections and thickness testing to ensure coating quality
• Keep detailed records of material used
• Prepare, mask, and mix paints; and apply coatings to controlled dry film thickness requirements
• Conduct visual inspections and thickness testing to ensure coating quality
