Job Description
Magic Media is seeking a Lead Unreal Engineer with extensive Unreal programming experience to manage a team, code quality, and project planning. The role involves collaboration with various teams, acting as a mentor, and proactively influencing the company strategy. This position focuses on delivering engaging and high-quality games.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a professional in game development.
- 3+ years as a professional Unreal Game Developer.
- Great understanding of modern Unreal C++ and Blueprints.
- Understanding multiple disciplines in Unreal Engine, AI/Animation/Gameplay programming.
- Strong skills in Unreal having delivered a few titles at least.
- Capable of mentoring, from juniors to seniors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new technological changes.
- Previous experience as a Lead Developer.
- CI/CD, Jenkins, Gitlab, Plastic SCM knowledge
- A passion for video games
