Job Description

The Technical Sourcer role focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent in AI research, engineering, and infrastructure. This involves building and managing a recruiting funnel, sourcing candidates, and tracking metrics.
Requirements
- Strong technical fluency
- Context switching and ability to handle high volumes of outreach
- Deep sourcing expertise with experience identifying candidates
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and large language models
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and adapt to changing priorities
