Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic plays a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy industrial equipment to ensure maximum equipment uptime and process reliability. The position requires hands-on mechanical expertise in conveyors, bearings, chains, lubrication systems, and industrial alignment techniques.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in nonwoven or other heavy industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
- Familiarity with lubrication techniques and best practices
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and alignment instruments
