Post-Production Producer - Branded Content

Magnet Media is a creative studio that uses storytelling and data to drive business results. The Post-Production Producer role is responsible for optimizing post-production workflows at scale, leading the implementation of AI-assisted workflows, and training staff on required tools and standards.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years managing post-production or production operations for branded video and content
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in post-production workflows
• Experience working with freelancers and distributed teams
• Ability to communicate confidently with executive-level clients and internal leadership
• Hands-on experience editing in Adobe Premiere and familiarity with post-production technical workflows
