Job Description
MagTech is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer to support process optimization, equipment improvements, automation efforts, and product quality initiatives across the plant. The primary responsibility will be to evaluate, improve, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality, troubleshoot equipment, and support automation projects and digital workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T
- Proficiency with computers and ERP systems (SAP or similar)
