Job Description
This position is for a Development Engineer focused on HVAC development. The role involves designing, developing, and improving automotive air conditioning modules with technological leadership and cost advantages. It requires collaboration with external teams and problem-solving skills. The engineering team has been recently relocated to Shanghai, China.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in refrigeration, thermal energy, vehicle engineering, mechanical design, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in the development of automotive air conditioning modules.
- Familiarity with heat pumps/multi zone HVAC
- Proficiency in office software and CATIA design
- Strong learning ability
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good English skills
