Job Description
As the Development Manager for HVAC & Powertrain Cooling, you will lead development initiatives, oversee a team of engineers, and manage projects from concept to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and foster a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, refrigeration engineering, or related
- At least 10 years' experience with automotive thermal products
- Experience in development of complex air conditioning and powertrain cooling products for passenger and commercial vehicles, esp. in NEV application preferred
