Operative Technician on Assembly Processes responsible for executing tasks and responsibilities including setup of assembly line, management of production lines, adherence to guidelines and quality standards, and more.

Requirements

• Execution of all necessary steps for proper setting up of the assembly line
• Independent management of several production lines
• Execution of several assembly operations on the line and/or other production programs
• Reading, adherence, and interpretation of project drawings, specifications, and guidelines for direction
• Adherence to written and verbal guidelines
• Fulfillment of all documentation related to ensuring quality, including initial, intermediate, and final inspections
• Maintenance of equipment by daily execution of TPM and 5S
• Providing support/relief for line technicians or other employees as needed
• Management of materials on the line
• Execution of training of operators, mentorship, and monitoring
• Promotion and contribution to projects for continuous improvement to reduce losses in processes
• Ensuring material flow through the production process
• Identifying defects on products and sub-assembly parts
• Repairing products, sub-assembly parts in accordance with selected technological process and design documentation and monitoring according to prescribed criteria
• Recording defects and informing the head and other responsible parties
• Monitoring work and assemblies according to prescribed measures and standards and at prescribed frequency
• Programming machines during the introduction of new products
• Monitoring employees during the performance of work (safety, quality, use of machines)
• Discovery and elimination of irregularities in working tools (tools, method of operation, machine parts, etc.)
• Collaboration with maintenance personnel in resolving issues and preventive maintenance
• Management of machines or sub-assembly parts, monitoring of machinists - entry (recording) of data in prescribed documents of the production process
• Adapting parameters for optimal operation
