Requirements

• Independent management of multiple machines, equipment, and tools
• Reading and observing project drawings, specifications, and guidelines
• Following written and verbal instructions
• Maintaining equipment by performing TPM and 5S daily
• Supporting or replacing other employees as needed
• Managing materials on the line
• Promoting and contributing to permanent improvement projects
• Ensuring the flow of materials through the production process
• Monitoring workstations and equipment
• Discovering and resolving anomalies in working tools
• Setting and adjusting parameters for optimal operation
