The Divisional Grants and Contracts Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all grants and contracts supporting social services programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in government and non-government funding, contract negotiation, and compliance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, e-SNAPS, LOCCS, and related systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
