The Donor Services Director will manage the relationship with direct marketing vendors and partners, oversee direct marketing strategy and implementation, and provide administrative and development oversight of the donor database. They will also provide supervision, guidance, training, and support to the Donor Services Manager and Donor Database Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, management or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- Supervisory experience with ability to motivate staff and handle deadlines under pressure
- Ability to interface with all types of personalities with excellent customer relations and people skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven skills/experience with working in a network environment with a central database management system, MS Office and other computer software/applications used in support of database management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CFRE Certification or member of Direct Marketing Association is highly desirable
