Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Program Director to evaluate and direct the care and supervision of residents and staff at the Carson DHQ. The Program Director will formulate and plan all phases of the program, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with Salvation Army policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Monitor, implement and enforce applicable policies of the program
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Recruit, screen, develop, supervise, discipline, train and manage staff
- Facilitate regular team meetings
- Document monthly invoices from funders and vendors
- Prepare the annual budget
- Monitor and control all expenditures of the program
- Process, investigate, and resolve all grievances or suggestions
