Tucson Social Service Director

The Salvation Army is seeking a Social Service Director to oversee the operations of the Social Service campus and Green Valley Service Center. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in administration of social service programs serving the poor and homeless. The Director will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with Salvation Army policies and procedures.

Requirements

• MSW or Master's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration of social service programs
• Experience in supervising staff
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and circumstances
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office and social service software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record
