Accounting Analyst

MaintainX is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join its growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will contribute to monthly financial operations, support month-end and year-end close accounting processes, and conduct in-depth analysis of financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2+ years of professional experience in audit, or accounting
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (experience with Quickbooks or similar tool is a plus)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately
• High energy, flexible, and has a willingness to take initiative
