Job Description
MaintainX, a leading asset and work intelligence platform, is seeking an AI Manager of Growth and Acquisition to drive growth and scale AI-powered marketing initiatives. This role focuses on front-end growth levers like content, targeting, and audiences, collaborating with paid, SEO, and lifecycle teams to deploy AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will blend technical AI/ML fluency with strong marketing instincts and agile testing abilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in AI/ML applications.
- Proven ability to use AI platforms (e.g., Jasper, SurferSEO, Clay, Demandbase).
- Experience with paid media optimization, SEO/SEM, and digital testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with predictive modeling, experimentation, and performance reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards speed and execution.
