Job Description
MaintainX is a leading asset and work intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments. They are seeking a Director of Product, Platform to lead the technical foundations of their platform, manage a team of product managers, and collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and extensible platform capabilities. The company recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round and is valued at $2.5 billion.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years managing product managers
- Strong track record building and scaling platforms for SaaS products
- Technical fluency with engineering & scaling infrastructure
- Strategic leadership to define platform vision
- Stakeholder management skills for various stakeholders
- People leadership, hiring & mentoring PM talent
- Cross-functional influence and strategic initiatives
