Job Description
MaintainX is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a hybrid team of Fullstack Developers and AI/ML Developers in building product experiences and embedding intelligence into workflows. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of Fullstack Product Engineering and Applied AI, and can scale a team to deliver across both.
Requirements
- 4+ years of engineering management experience with at least 2+ years leading high-performing AI/ML and/or applied science teams.
- Experience managing teams that include Fullstack Developers, AI/ML Developers and Data Scientists.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.
