Job Description
MaintainX is a leading platform in asset and work intelligence for industrial and line-of-duty environments, valued by over 12,000 companies. The company is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join their documentation team, focusing on creating concise and user-friendly content for both support center and product teams. The role involves writing, reviewing, and publishing documentation across various areas, as well as collaborating with product teams and improving documentation processes.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in technical documentation for products or a related field.
- Excellent English spoken and written skills.
- Comfortable working in a 'docs-like-code' environment or quickly learning new tools.
- Writing skills: Comfortable working as a style guide and reviewing high-level development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
