Job Description
The MLB New Orleans Youth Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Baseball Instructor for a part-time position. This role involves leading training sessions for young athletes, providing instruction in baseball fundamentals, and supporting various Academy programs. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends and have a strong understanding of baseball development.
Requirements
- Experience playing or coaching baseball at the collegiate or professional level
- Strong foundational knowledge of baseball fundamentals and skill development
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic with a passion for mentoring youth
- Commitment to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Pass a background check and complete required compliance training
