Director, Strategy & Business Intelligence – Marketing Analytics

Major League Soccer is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to apply advanced analytics and modeling to fan and marketing data to uncover engagement trends, build predictive attributes, and inform marketing strategy across League and Club initiatives.

Requirements

• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning models to measure and predict marketing performance
• Analyze fan and marketing data within the Fan Genome platform
• Build and refine fan attributes, predictive scores, and segmentation models
• Design and analyze marketing experiments
• Translate data science model outputs into actionable insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and automated reports
• Partner with Data Engineering to operationalize model outputs
• Ensure data quality and consistency across marketing data sources
• Present analytical findings in clear, concise, and visual formats
