Job Description
Make is seeking a Senior Salesforce & Automation Engineer to contribute to the evolution of their Salesforce ecosystem, integrating it with other systems to enhance business operations. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions within Salesforce and making innovative use of AI to drive efficiency and scalability within the GTM and BP&S departments. This is a hands-on position focused on fast-paced growth and technical expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud (ideally Zuora CPQ)
- Proven proficiency with Salesforce automation (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components)
- Strong understanding of AI within automation and business processes
- Data-oriented mindset, with at least a basic knowledge of SQL queries
- Functional knowledge of at least one business area (Sales, Marketing, Ecosystem)
- Extreme Ownership attitude and proactive work ethic
