Job Description
Make is a visual platform enabling users to design, build, and automate tasks without coding. Headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, with teams across the globe, Make empowers individuals to create intelligent automations using AI tools and models. As a Staff AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for generating ideas, designing features, and developing customer solutions built on LLMs and other AI technologies, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving AI innovation.
Requirements
- University degree in CS or equivalent knowledge
- 10+ years of experience on various projects, including your own initiatives
- Deep understanding of modern AI technologies
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of turning ideas into reality
- Ability to drive technical solutions to complex problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent command of English – verbal & written
