As an Art Director, you'll turn ideas into striking, user-friendly designs for CRM campaigns and evolve brand visual identity.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience developing high-impact digital design and CRM campaigns
- Strong design craft, storytelling through visuals, and attention to digital detail
- Deep knowledge of CRM visual design principles, email marketing best practices, and user experience fundamentals
- Technically savvy with CRM/EDM specs and adept at creating lightweight animations or GIFs
- Strong communicator and visual storyteller who can confidently present and rationalise creative ideas
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated. Able to manage multiple projects seamlessly
- A true collaborator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams and welcomes feedback
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC
