Job Description
Maker Lab is seeking a meticulous Senior Project Manager with expertise in product operations to connect marketing teams with agencies, especially leveraging AI. The role involves managing projects from intake to delivery, fostering client relationships, and championing new technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a passion for AI are essential.
Requirements
- Manage new project intakes from APAC and EMEA marketing teams.
- Manage key accounts/projects and foster strong client relationships.
- Act as a liaison between marketing teams and agencies.
- Provide support for tool-related questions.
- Collaborate with agency partners and share project updates.
- Implement new content production tools.
- Update and maintain project information.
