Eloise Cooking Pot Food Bank is seeking an effective Warehouse Manager for a small food bank warehouse. The role involves managing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations to achieve productivity targets. The manager will oversee stock control, compliance, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration (preferred or equivalent)
