Making Waves Academy is seeking a Sports - Varsity Head Coach for Badminton to oversee all aspects of a team's performance and development. The role involves fostering a positive and competitive environment, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and academic success. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to the school's mission.

Requirements

• Organize and supervise practices, games, and team events.
• Source, train, and supervise a team manager or volunteers.
• Develop and implement practice plans and game strategies.
• Maintain team equipment, uniforms, and facilities.
• Work with the Athletic Director and league to create a league schedule.
• Communicate regularly with student-athletes, parents/guardians, and school staff.
