Production Team Member

Malibu Boats LLC is seeking a Production Team Member to join one of their production teams. Essential duties and responsibilities include manufacturing or prepping parts, following safety and quality guidelines, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Manufacturer or prep parts in accordance with Malibu standards
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines while continually exceeding customer standards
• Read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• May work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by complying to safety and 5s standards
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• General math skills required
