Responsible for overseeing and directing the company's strategy and execution in the online space, including e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience. Develops and implements e-commerce strategies, leads a team of retention and performance e-commerce and digital marketing professionals, and partners with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training
• Ability to work within both MS Office and Google ecosystem
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
