Job Description
The Head of Treasury will be responsible for leading and directing all treasury activities, including capital structure, banking and credit relationships, cash management, interest rate and foreign exchange hedging, insurance and risk management, asset management, international finance and corporate financial strategy.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Business/ Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field is required; M.B.A. is preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience including finance and treasury experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Professional certifications (e.g. CTP, CFA, etc.) are highly desirable.
