Head of Client Operations

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as Head of Client Operations. Lead a team of 22+ professionals and work closely with senior Managers to meet company objectives. Develop and implement improvements to the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and drive product improvements.

Requirements

• 10-15 years experience in a marketplace, customer operations, or cash collection role.
• 5+ years leading large (15+), multicultural teams.
• Bachelor's in Finance/related field; MBA or CTP certification is a plus.
