Job Description
Asset Management Analyst, Residential Debt role at Man Group in New York. The Analyst will assist with day-to-day management of residential whole loans, construction loans, credit facilities, and other residential debt investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, math, physics, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in private real estate lending (preferably residential), with a focus on asset management, loan servicing, special servicing, underwriting, credit analysis, or similar functions
- Hands-on experience with RTL, DSCR, bridge, or construction lending strongly preferred
