Job Description
Man Group is seeking a Compliance Officer to review and prepare annual SEC Rule 38a-1 reports for Funds, as well as contribute to other compliance-related projects. The role involves monitoring compliance, drafting reports, scheduling interviews, and ensuring compliance filings are properly completed. The role requires collaboration with the Compliance Team and adherence to company values focused on inclusion and work-life balance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of US mutual fund and Investment Company Act of 1940 related compliance experience in a financial services firm
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong ability to review regulatory documentation and provide concise analysis
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task
