Administrator, HSEQ Management Systems

Ensure development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the processes required for the QHSE Integrated Management System (IMS) in all Everllence Americas units.

Requirements

• Ensure integrity and harmonization of the HSEQ IMS
• Coordinate locations in establishment, implementation and maintenance of the processes necessary for the QHSE IMS to be effective
• Support the QHSE Manager in establishing and revising objectives and goals
• Participate in the Internal and External Audit activities
• Administer the company's Drug and Alcohol program
• Coordinate the locations in identification and monitoring of liabilities regarding Environmental Aspects and Impacts
• Coordinate and assist locations in the reporting of incidents/accidents
• Coordinate and monitor locations in their preparation and implementation of established HSE programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all workers' compensation claims
