Ensure development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the processes required for the QHSE Integrated Management System (IMS) in all Everllence Americas units.
Requirements
- Ensure integrity and harmonization of the HSEQ IMS
- Coordinate locations in establishment, implementation and maintenance of the processes necessary for the QHSE IMS to be effective
- Support the QHSE Manager in establishing and revising objectives and goals
- Participate in the Internal and External Audit activities
- Administer the company's Drug and Alcohol program
- Coordinate the locations in identification and monitoring of liabilities regarding Environmental Aspects and Impacts
- Coordinate and assist locations in the reporting of incidents/accidents
- Coordinate and monitor locations in their preparation and implementation of established HSE programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all workers' compensation claims
