Manada Tech is looking for a Site Dispatcher to support the Site Manager in managing escalation and workflow from Manada’s partners and clients. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and work experience in a role demonstrating their ability to drive customer and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work with customers and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of work order scheduling, route management, and dispatch services
• Spanish fluency a plus
• Punctual with excellent attendance
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• General knowledge of office management practices and procedures
