Management Analysis Technologies, Inc (MAT) is seeking a Military Science Instructor to teach effectively in an indoor classroom and field training setting, presenting both standardized instruction and creative workshops. The ideal candidate will have been a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer within the U.S Army, Active Component, or former or current member in the U.S Army Reserve, or Army National Guard.
Requirements
- Provide military science instruction and training
- Teach effectively in a classroom and field training setting
- Demonstrated instructor ability in military field training exercises
- Ability to live/instruct in a field environment for extended periods during training exercises
- Coach, teach and prepare competitive Cadet teams
- Instruct Cadets on the leader-led/officer-to-NCO relationship
- Assist Government personnel in marketing/recruiting efforts
- Gather information about prospects and help with the development of information
- Participate in and support recruiting and marketing events
- Provide information to Potentials and Prospects and centers of influence about Army ROTC
- Showcase the Army ROTC program by escorting community leaders, educators, parents, and other centers of influence through campus tours
- Assist Government personnel with inventory and distribution of supplies
- Transport ROTC personnel, Cadets and students, and supplies and materials
- Provide support to administrative and sustainment operations
- Assist in reception and departure operations at the aerial port of embarkation and debarkation
- Make data entries into software programs
- Support operations, as required
